Cleanliness standards were commendable .

I was disappointed with the check-in process, which took far too long, resulting in a wait of 30 minutes just to be served. The temperature control in my room was unsatisfactory. It seemed cold and barely adjusted despite waiting hours. The absence of basic amenities like a bottle of water in a high-priced room left me frustrated.

The place is functional, the staff are superbly friendly.

excellent location in the middle of the city. and so close to the nearest metro station of zuidplien, the restaurant and rotterdam ahoy for a concert.

The quirky room decor made my stay standout, while the comfortable bed ensured a restful night after exploring Rotterdam.

The room with fancy decor. A shower, hair dryers, and towels was a plus. The location was magnificent and exceptionally nice, close enough to the restaurant, shops and the venue and Ahoy Rotterdam. Furthermore, away from the nearest Metro station of Zuidplien.

I appreciated the bright and modern decor. The excellent location near public transport.

A small fridge would be very beneficial.

The hotel had a fresh, modern vibe. The breakfast included plenty of options, with a good variety of items to choose from. I loved the unique decor throughout the hotel, which gave it a distinctive character. Check-in took way too long. I found myself waiting in a long line outside in the cold, frustrating. The restaurant service during peak times felt disorganized, and staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to some delays. My room had a lovely view of the city, but the noise from the hallway was noticeable. It was like the walls were thin. It was a decent stay with a mix of highs and lows, but some areas really need attention for a smoother experience.

I couldn't get enough of the vibrant décor, it's like a burst of energy! The breakfast spread had so many options, from fresh croissants to healthy choices. Plus, the small gym was an unexpected delight, perfect for keeping up my workout routine!

The room was super comfy with air conditioning and a nice shower. There were towels and shampoo provided. An electric kettle for tea and coffee. The breakfast spread was huge, offering fresh croissants and healthy options. Nice to see plants in the lobby and a peaceful vibe throughout the hotel. Loved the comfy bed!

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the spacious parking area made it easy to explore the city center in just 10 minutes by public transport.

The hotel is located next to a park, perfect for someone who wants to be in direct touch with nature. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is clean and cozy. The breakfast, although basic, includes great coffee and juice.

Felt so well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.
